TONELLI GROUP is the Italian world leader manufacturer of bakery and food equipment.

Since 1948 the Tonelli brand represents the “top” in mixing technologies for the bakery, but its strength goes beyond this.

Tonelli provides turn-key projects for complex equipment, such as pasteurization plants and sponge cake lines, and the knowledge about the thermal treatments and the technological support are points of strength on which the customer can rely on.

The R & D side is strengthened in 2007 with the creation of a 700 sqm laboratory, available for Customers to test their usual recipes with Tonelli equipment, but also to study new ones with the support of an internal team of Food Technologists.
