The FM 30-R1 model is a compact fill-seal machine for preformed cups/tubs/containers, capable of working up to 30 strokes per minute. It offers high reliability with low power consumption, low maintenance costs and easy-to-use operation.
It is suitable for low up to high viscosity products as well as liquids and solids.
The operation of the machine is rotational providing many stations for different functions such as filling, sealing, inert gas supply, printing, plastic lid application etc.
FM30 – R1’s main frame and working stations are constructed by stainless steel and anodized aluminium.
All systems are controlled by a PLC unit. All the settings and error messages are displayed on the panel.
